Anger

“Anger is something we feel. It exists for a reason and always deserves our respect and attention. We all have the right to everything we feel – and certainly anger is no exception.” (Lerner, 1989:4)

Very often anger gets a lot of bad press, through our upbringing, society, religion etc. However anger is very real and powerful emotion which can be, if respected and owned, a very powerful and constructive tool which can be used to reveal our truth in relationships, and not at all something to be ashamed of.
